Granite

Care

Prevention
It is important to seal granite in order to prevent it from becoming stained. A sealant is usually applied during installation, but the operation must be repeated over time, especially if the stone surface is used daily. To do this, you can apply a sealer yourself or, better yet, entrust this task to a specialist.

Cleaning
For regular care, it is recommended to wash granite using mild soap and water. To preserve the condition of the granite’s surface, avoid abrasive sponges and acidic cleaning solutions.

First Aid

Pour a bit of acetone on the granite or cover the stain with a paste made of baking soda, dish soap and water. Leave for a few moments, then rub with a cloth and rinse thoroughly.
